This 4 tiered cake was a cake i was commissioned to make for Madam Amy

for her beloved Parents' 55th Wedding Anniversary.

The dinner reception was held in Ipoh East Ocean Seafood Restaurant,

my 1st time delivering a cake so far :)

I used Royal Icing scrolls and painted them with edible 24 carat

gold dust for the metallic golden look.

Brush embroidered Royal Icing blossoms .
